Purpose and Scope of the Role:

Execute and deliver business ethics assigned tasks, Compliance scope’s, acting as team player and support resource for the delivery the scope of the compliance & Assurance function, through: (1) Undertaking activities assigned by leaders, including but not limited to support in training and awareness on topics related to ethics, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, (2)  Assisting in the investigation of allegations of misconduct, management of conflicts of interest and gifts reporting; in order to support compliance & assurance team in consistent business decisions with companies Code of Conduct and business principles

Major Responsibilities 

• Investigating allegations of ethical wrongdoing, including participating in interviews, reviewing investigation evidence, documenting investigation findings and recommending appropriate consequence management
• Conflicts of interest management process
• Gifts, hospitality and entertainment declarations
• Compliance Ambassadors program
• Fraud and vulnerability risk assessments
• Third party due diligence/KYC screening processe

QUALIFICATIONS/ COMPETENCIES

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in same field
• Bachelor’s Degree in in Law
